TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USING THE FACILITY AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY GALAXY SPA&WELLNESS

1. Opening hours of Galaxy SPA&Wellness facility
   -Monday - Thursday: 10:00 am - 8:00 pm
   -Friday: 10:00 am - 10:00 pm
   -Saturday: 8:00 am - 10:00 pm
   -Sunday: 8:00 am - 8:00 pm.
   Galaxy SPA&Wellness may change opening hours in the event of maintenance or repair works on the premises. Galaxy SPA&Wellness reserves the right to change opening hours of the facility or its particular parts.
   
2. Purchase of an entry ticket to Galaxy SPA&Wellness and/or purchase of other services from Galaxy SPA&Wellness offer, as well as entry to use the service shall be tantamount to the Guest declaring that he has no health contraindications to use the services offered by Galaxy SPA&Wellness and that he has read and accepts the terms of these Rules.
   
3. Persons staying at Galaxy SPA&Wellness shall be obliged to read and comply with these Rules and Regulations.
   
4. Guests who have purchased a single service or services, or entry to Galaxy SPA&Wellness area as well as Guests who hold a pass and/or gift voucher indicated in these Regulations shall be entitled to use the services provided by Galaxy SPA&Wellness. Entitlement to use the services is limited to those services for which it was purchased.
   
5. It is best to arrive at a treatment 10 minutes before its start. Arriving late for a treatment takes place at the expense of the scheduled treatment time.
    
6. In the case of no-show for a booked treatment (without cancellation at least 2 hours beforehand), a fee will be charged amounting to 50% of the value of the ordered service.
    
7. Young people under 18 can only take advantage of treatments with the consent of their parents or guardians
    
8. Infants and toddlers using the pool area must wear special nappies in the water.
    
9. All fees paid are non-refundable.
    
10. Stay in the facility serves the purpose of relaxation. Guests are obliged to behave in a cultured manner and not to disturb other guests.
    
11. The saunas available in the Galaxy SPA&Wellness area are textile saunas. When using the Galaxy SPA&Wellness area it is obligatory to be in appropriate attire, i.e. swimsuit.
    
12. Persons under the influence of alcohol, drugs and other intoxicants, persons behaving aggressively or not conforming to standards of behaviour accepted in this type of facility will not be admitted to the Galaxy SPA&Wellness area.
     
13. Smoking and taking intoxicants, carrying and drinking alcoholic beverages, carrying glass objects, bringing in dogs and other animals, trading and canvassing, and satisfying physiological needs in water are prohibited on the premises of the facility. In the event of failure to comply with the aforementioned prohibitions, upon the instruction of an employee of Galaxy SPA&Wellness zone, the offender is obliged to leave the zone and bear the costs of necessary repairs or water treatment.
    
14. In order to ensure good order, safety and smooth functioning of the Galaxy SPA&Wellness Zone, the Galaxy SPA&Wellness Zone Manager reserves the right to refuse services provided within the Zone and/or entry to the Zone.
     
15. Every guest using treatments is required to complete a consultation card before the treatment in order to verify any contraindications to its performance.
     
16. Employees of Galaxy SPA&Wellness have the right to refuse to perform a treatment in the event of any contraindications to its performance.
     
17. For services provided by Galaxy SPA&Wellness it is possible to pay in cash or by credit card in PLN or Euro.
    
18.  Employees of Galaxy SPA&Wellness shall be entitled to interrupt the performance of the treatment if they encounter inappropriate or inappropriate behaviour of the Guest.
    
19.  Advertising in any form on the premises is prohibited without the consent of the President of Galaxy SPA&Wellness. It is strictly forbidden to recommend or encourage the use of paid or unpaid services competitive to Galaxy SPA&Wellness provided by other persons, businesses or institutions.
     
20. Any complaints, requests and grievances shall be reported to the Manager of Galaxy SPA&Wellness.
    
21. In the event of damage to items or equipment constituting the equipment of the area, the guests are obliged to pay compensation. The amount of compensation is determined each time after estimating the loss.
     
22. In the event of contamination of water by Guests, they shall be obliged to reimburse the cost of water treatment or other actions taken by Galaxy SPA&Wellness employees to restore use of the zone.
    
23. Galaxy SPA&Wellness shall not be liable for damage to the health of persons participating in the activities caused by improper use of the equipment located in the area or failure to comply with the instructions and orders of persons authorized to conduct activities.
     
24. With a view to ensuring the comfort of guests using the Galaxy SPA&Wellness zone, we reserve the right to admit a maximum of 16 people to the wellness zone (swimming pool, saunas, jacuzzi).
     
25. The water in the pool meets the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 9 November 2015. (D.U. item 2016). The physicochemical parameters of water in the swimming pool meet the requirements of water in swimming pool basins made available only for adults and children over 3 years of age.
    
26. The swimming pool area, jacuzzi and saunas are subject to mandatory annual inspection, during which they are closed to guests. Up to date information on the inspection date is available at the reception of Galaxy SPA&Wellness area and on www.galaxyhotel.pl website.
    
27. Amendments to these Terms and Conditions and Galaxy SPA&Wellness price list shall be announced by displaying their modified content at the reception of Galaxy SPA&Wellness and publishing them on the website.
