Your kids’ stay at our hotel will begin with a special welcome package presented to them in the reception. Our concierge will help you to organize your family time in Kraków and provide you with information about all key attractions available in and around the city. It is also possible to rent books, cartoon DVDs, or an XBOX console from the reception.
We provide a dedicated baby carriage storage place as well as a restroom equipped with a baby-change table. Children can enjoy our dedicated toy area and if brave enough, can even try their hand at our climbing wall.
