M. Pelczar Chocolatier
On June 8, 2024, a Chocolate Bar was opened in Krakow, right here in the Galaxy Hotel. This unique place combines a chocolate bar with a shop offering a wide selection of artisanal chocolate products. Our offer includes gift sets, chocolate souvenirs from Krakow such as chocolates with prints – a brand new addition to our range. Additionally, we have prepared a menu full of exquisite drinking chocolates and desserts. The Chocolate Bar has been designed in a unique steampunk style, similar to our other locations. Thus, you will find gears and decorations reminiscent of a chocolate factory, such as pipes and more.
The owner of the bar is the Polish Master Confectioner, Mirosław Pelczar, who has turned his passion for chocolate into art. His journey with chocolate began many years ago when, as a young confectioner, he started experimenting with different flavors and techniques. Over time, he won numerous awards and gained recognition in the confectionery industry, which led him to establish his own brand – M. Pelczar Chocolatier.
Today, Mirosław Pelczar is a symbol of quality and artisanal precision, and his chocolate products are popular both in Poland and abroad. The new chocolate bar in Krakow is another step in his mission to share his passion for chocolate with an even wider audience of sweets enthusiasts.
