Małopolska RC Rally League MLRRC
An association of model enthusiasts that was founded in Kraków at the beginning of 2008, thanks to people interested in model building and motor sports, especially car rallies. Combining these interests, the idea was born to create a league that organizes an annual series of model competitions in a 1:10 scale, inspired by WRC car rallies. Each season consists of 6-8 rounds, in which participants earn points toward the overall classification.
Silesian RC Rally League
Following the example of other regions, and primarily inspired by Czech enthusiasts of the sport, an association of model builders from the Silesian region was formed. Since 2015, regular RC rally competitions featuring 1:10 scale electric car models have been systematically organized.
A few words from the organizers:
Galaxy Rally is already the third final of the Małopolska RC Rally League, but this year, the Silesian RC Rally League has joined us, which means we’ll witness an even more thrilling competition than last year.
The participants will compete using remote-controlled, electric rally models in a 1:10 scale. They will face 8 special stages, taking place on very interesting surfaces, including ceramic tiles and carpet. Expect plenty of sideways driving, but also the potential for some spectacular rollovers. The whole event aims to replicate WRC or RSMP car rallies in a 1/10 scale.
If you don't yet have an RC model and are considering purchasing one, this event is perfect for you. Come and see them in action. We invite you to cheer on the competitors at the Galaxy Hotel on Sunday, October 20th, starting at 9:00 AM.
