Your children will already be welcomed at the reception with a special welcome kit (kids box Jordan Group - Be Kids Be Happy!). The reception staff will be happy to help you organize your time together in Krakow. Here you will learn about all the attractions in the city and the surrounding area. At the reception you will also rent books (fairy tales and legends of Krakow) and animated movies on DVD for your kids, as well as an XBOX console. ◦
Don't forget that we have a specially designated stroller storage area and a toilet equipped with a changing table. There is a play zone dedicated to children and a climbing wall for the braver ones! There is also an occasional cinema room available for children.
You can also come to Hotel Galaxy with your beloved pet! We have rooms adapted to accommodate four-legged favorites.
For your family, we offer a family room connected by a door.
You can order free of charge additional facilities such as:
- crib with mattress, protector, bedding, blanket and changing table
- humidifier
- Bottle warmer and bottle warmer
- bathtub, potty, bathroom chair or platform
- isolation mat in the shower or bathtub
- plastic washing bowl, container for dirty diapers
- essential swimming accessories and gadgets to make your time in the pool more enjoyable
- eating chairs, special menus for the little ones along with coloring books, bibs, books and much, much more.
Safety of your kids:
In the rooms there are no plants, dishes and objects dangerous for children. The windows have safety devices against opening and on your request we will also secure the contacts. We also have rooms without carpets. At the reception desk there is a medical guide, a first aid kit, a disposable thermometer for measuring fever and an electronic thermometer with replaceable tips.
The water in the swimming pool at the Galaxy Hotel meets the requirements of the Ordinance of the Minister of Health of November 9, 2015. (D.U. pos. 2016). The physicochemical parameters of the water meet the requirements of the water in the swimming pool basins made available only to adults and children over 3 years of age.

Cancellation conditions:
Reservation held until 12:00 pm of the day following the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations and changes until 20:00 on the day of arrival - possibility to reschedule once. Late cancellations, changes and non-arrival - the facility does not refund the funds paid. If the date is changed, a surcharge for the difference in price applies. If the price is lower on the new date - the facility does not refund the difference from the funds paid.
